01 / MARKET & CHANNELS

A route to China’s retail channels.

Our business sells to mainland China through Tmall, JD.com and POIZON, alongside domestic duty-free retail channels. We use this channel experience to discuss which products, assortments and supply terms fit our business.

If you are considering China distribution for an international brand, start by sharing the products you can supply and the territories and sales channels permitted under your supply arrangements. We review these details with each potential partner before discussing an order.

Online platforms

Tmall · JD.com · POIZON

Provide any marketplace restrictions, product documentation and permitted territories with your proposal.

Offline retail

Domestic duty-free stores

State any restrictions affecting the proposed retail channel so we can assess the offer.

02 / SOURCING INTERESTS

Fashion, accessories and the outdoors.

Our sourcing interests cover apparel, luxury accessories, handbags and travel bags, footwear, and sports and outdoor products. We welcome proposals for available stock, seasonal assortments or ongoing supply, with quantities and availability clearly stated.

Our brand experience and sourcing interests provide context for the types of products we consider. Brand references do not establish authorized distributor status or a direct relationship with a brand owner. The source and permitted sale of each proposed assortment need to be documented.

Fashion & luxury accessories

Apparel, handbags, small leather goods, belts and accessories. Include style, colour and size details where applicable.

Footwear, sports & outdoor

Shoes, outdoor clothing, backpacks and related products. Include a size-level stock breakdown and dispatch location.

03 / YOUR SUPPLY PROPOSAL

Help us review your offer.

A clear stock list or line sheet makes the initial discussion more useful. Please include the following information in the email and attachments:

  1. Your company and supply role. Company name, location, business contact and whether you are the brand owner, distributor or wholesaler.
  2. Product details. Brand, product name, SKU or style code, colour, size breakdown and any relevant product images.
  3. Stock and commercial terms. Available quantities, wholesale prices and currency, minimum order quantity, quotation validity and proposed payment terms.
  4. Delivery. Stock location, dispatch point, lead time and proposed shipping terms. State whether freight or taxes are included in the quote.
  5. Documentation and restrictions. Product-source documentation and any territory, marketplace or channel restrictions. Include authorization documents where relevant to your supply role.

Missing information can be discussed during the initial review. Please identify any estimates or conditions rather than presenting them as confirmed stock or agreed terms.

04 / FIRST DISCUSSION

From an introduction to a workable offer.

Send your company introduction and supply proposal to our business development team. We review product fit, available stock and commercial conditions, then discuss documentation, sales-channel permissions and practical delivery arrangements with you.

We have offices in Beijing and Hangzhou where suppliers can meet our team by appointment. A meeting in Hong Kong can also be arranged at an agreed location. Please contact us in advance to discuss a suitable time and place.

Which suppliers would you like to hear from?

Brand owners, distributors and established wholesalers in Europe and the United States with products suitable for mainland China and clear documentation of their supply role.

Can I send a stock list before arranging a meeting?

Yes. Email the stock list or line sheet with your company details, prices, currency, quantities, MOQ, dispatch location and restrictions. An initial email helps us assess which products to discuss.

Does an enquiry establish a distribution agreement?

A supply enquiry starts a business discussion. The product scope, permissions, payment and delivery terms need to be reviewed and agreed for the proposed cooperation.
